BOOKING CONDITIONS & GENERAL INFORMATION

CHILDREN: It is a legal requirement that all passengers travelling on a coach must wear a seat belt. Children aged two years and under must therefore occupy a seat and can be accommodated by utilizing their own car seat. A charge of half price per infant will be made for the coach seat. Children aged 3-11 years will be required to pay the appropriate child fare as advertised (price less £1) and will not be permitted to travel on the front four seats of the coach. Persons aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult and have the reduced fare.

DISABLED PASSENGERS: Please phone the Tourist Centre for advice: 01270 303150. Wheelchairs/Motorised Scooters: Any person wishing to transport a wheelchair or battery powered scooter on board must inform us of their requirement in advance. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to such items of equipment whilst on the coach and such items are carried at owner’s risk.

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POINTS: Passengers are kindly requested to arrange to board the coach at one of the pick-up locations listed. Additional pick-up points may be arranged for parties of six or more with prior notice. To be fair to all, passengers will be dropped off at the same location as pick-up, on return.

PUNCTUALITY: Passengers are kindly requested to be punctual at all times. Times will be given by your driver. They will only be permitted 10 minutes waiting time.

SEAT ALLOCATION: Seats are allocated in order of payment. We reserve the right to alter seat numbers should conditions necessitate and we cannot accept bookings conditional upon requested seats being available.

PAYMENT: Provisional bookings will only be held for four days without payment, any unpaid seats may then be sold without further notice. Payment can be made by post to: Burland Coaches, Nantwich Tourist Information Centre, Customer Service Centre, Civic Hall, Market Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5DG. Tel: 01270 303150. Please enclose a stamped address envelope if you require a receipt.

CANCELLATIONS: Passengers who cancel bookings are reminded that refunds will only be made at the discretion of the management.

ALTERATIONS: We reserve the right to alter any route and details of any excursion without further notification also to cancel any excursion if there are less than 35 passengers booked. In the event of a cancelled excursion by Burland Coaches a full refund of all monies will be made to the passenger.
